Most projects are done in a day or two — it depends on the size and complexity of your design. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
2. How long will the print last?
Our UV-cured inks are made to last for years! They’re fade-resistant, durable, and keep your artwork looking fresh and vibrant.
3. What’s the biggest size you can print?
WE CAN GO AS BIG AS YOUR WALL AND OUR MACHINE TECHNICALLY ALLOWS. JUST TELL US YOUR WALL DIMENSIONS AND WE CALCULATE THE SIZE OF THE PRINTOUT ACCORDINGLY.
4. What types of images or graphics can you print?
Almost anything — photos, illustrations, patterns, logos, or custom designs. If it’s digital, we can probably print it.
5. What types of surfaces can you print on?
We can print on most smooth or slightly textured surfaces — plaster, concrete, glass, metal, wood, tiles, even doors. If you’re unsure, we’ll test a small area first.
6. Do I need to provide my own image, or can you help with that?
Both work! You can upload your own design, or we can help you find the perfect high-quality image or create something custom.
7. How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on size, surface, and design complexity. Send us your wall dimensions and we’ll give you a quick, no-obligation quote.
8. My wall has a few marks or cracks — can you fix that first?
Absolutely! We can help prep or repair the surface to make sure your wall is print-ready.
9. Should I prepare anything before printing?
Just make sure the wall is clean, dry, and accessible. We’ll handle the rest.
10. My image file isn’t high resolution — is that a problem?
No worries! We’ll check your file and let you know if it’s good to go. If not, we can help upscale or suggest a higher-quality option.
11. Can you print outdoors too, or just indoors?
Yes, we can print outdoors too! HOWEVER OUTDOOR CONDITIONS MAY LIMIT OUR WORKS.
12. What image size or format should I upload?
JPG, TIF, PDF, or EPS files work great. Go for the highest resolution possible — we’ll take care of the technical details.
13. How do I know if my image has good resolution?
If you zoom in and it still looks crisp, that’s a good sign! You can also send it to us and we’ll double-check it before printing.
14. What exactly does “resolution” mean?
Resolution just means how many tiny pixels make up your image. The more pixels, the sharper your mural will look when printed large.
